Automation World’s web-based survey measured where readers are prompted to provide a company name
Moxa was named as preferred supplier in 3 technology categories: information management, Ethernet and networking components

Moxa, a provider of hardened networking and communication solutions for factory automation, announced that it has been recognized by Automation World magazine as a "First Team" supplier of choice for the second year in a row. Moxa was named as a preferred supplier in three technology categories: Information Management, Networking Components (Ethernet), and Networking Components (Wireless).

"The investments we make in engineering and in quality assurance programs has enabled us to develop one of the strongest and most targeted selections of highly reliable Industrial Ethernet hardware and services," said Eddie Lee, Director of Marketing at Moxa Americas, Inc. "We are very pleased that Moxa has been recognized for this by the factory and process automation professionals that read Automation World."

To conduct its annual survey, Automation World asks its 52,000 readers how they implement automation projects in order to improve their companies' bottom lines, resulting in a short list of "First Team" suppliers. The web-based survey measured unaided recall, where readers are prompted to provide a company name rather than be presented with a list of choices. The full report and list of winners can be found in the January 2013 edition of Automation World and on their website. To read the full report, click here.
