The Electronic Security Association announced on Tuesday that Mary Byers, co-author of the book, "Race for Relevance: 5 Radical Changes for Associations," will be one of five keynote speakers for the annual ESA Leadership Summit in January. The summit is scheduled to take place on January 19-23 at the Rosen Center Hotel in Orlando, Fla.

According to a statement, Byers’ presentation, which is scheduled to take place during the general session luncheon on Monday, Jan. 20, will focus on changes that will energize and reposition associations and businesses for better performance and include case studies to bring theory to life. An association consultant and facilitator with 22 years of experience, Byers will give attendees plans for implementation and next steps they can apply to their associations.

The general session will also feature the annual ESA Leadership Awards and time dedicated for attendees to spend with sponsors during the vendor showcase.
