The TechSec Solutions 2010 Show was held this year at the Marriott Hotel in Delray Beach, Florida. Sponsored by the producers of Security Director News with the theme of "Heroes Needed", the show aims to differentiate itself from other industry events such as ISC and ASIS by offering a breadth of presentations and roundtable discussions focused on the latest and emerging trends in IP Surveillance.

For those in the security industry the constant challenge is to educate the customers on the benefits of IP over analog. This particular conference also focused on the ideas that the industry itself needs to overcome in order to truly become widespread, including convergence of standards, ease of product selection and use, setting appropriate expectations for new technology, and more.
