Vicon's annual golf days always seem to bring out the best in everybody that attends and this year was no exception.  In addition to playing some high quality golf, guests collectively raised over £1200 for good causes via a charity auction of golfing prizes won on the day and donated by Vicon.

The main beneficiaries will be the Royal Marsden Hospital and the Bobby Moore Bowel Cancer Charity although a proportion of the money will be donated to the Guide Dogs for the Blind.

The main Stableford handicap competition was won by Chris Watts of Johnson Controls with 45 points from a 15 handicap!

The winner of the scratch tournament, held at the excellent Cuddington Golf Course in Surrey, was Tim Shooter of Tyco who was able to hand in a card recording a 73, three over par round.  He faced stiff competition from a large number of other Vicon's guests participating in the competition and who then stayed for the charity dinner.

Mel Hatchard, Vicon's Deputy Managing Director said: "I am delighted that our guests were able to relax and have a great day as well as take the opportunity to support some exceptionally worthwhile causes."
