Vicon’s surveillance technology to be displayed at IFSEC 2010
Vicon will be demonstrating Kollector Force and Strike which allow DVR, hybrid and NVR functionality
Visitors to stand E60 in Hall 5 at IFSEC 2010 will see a startling demonstration of Vicon's video management, recording and control technology. On display will be the groundbreaking new Virtual Matrix Display Controller (VMDC) which takes control room management and display of IP camera streams to new levels.

Vicon will also be demonstrating the new versatile Kollector Force and Strike recording platforms which allow DVR, hybrid and NVR functionality including the ability to view, record and control megapixel cameras with D1 real-time recording across all connected inputs. In addition, visitors to the Vicon stand will also have the chance to see Vicon's new Surveyor mini speed dome and the new 2-megapixel camera range.

The stand has been designed to allow Vicon to demonstrate its expertise in specific key vertical markets. One section of the stand, for example, will show Vicon's police custody suite and prison solutions. Here visitors will be able to see Vicon's enterprise-level recording systems as well as its specialized cell cameras, which incorporate features essential for providing in-cell monitoring, including privacy masking, IR illumination and, of course, a high degree of vandal resistance.
