The Quality Standard Multichannel Relationship awards are considered a benchmark in the industry

Verint Systems Inc. recently announced that its Impact 360® Workforce Management™ software has been named a winner of the “Padrao Multichannel Quality Relationship Award” by Grupo Padrao.
