Smart home and security expert, smanos is pleased to announce that its next generation W020 WiFi alarm system and innovative IP6 HD WiFi Camera are now available in the US and across Europe. The devices were first announced during CeBit 2015 in Hannover, Germany, and have since received notable acclaim.
The W020 is a next generation security hub that forms the heart of a smart, wireless home security system. Its discreet and futuristic design belies the power of an alarm system that will not only alert others to intrusions or environmental anomalies but also send push notifications to the user and family members’ smartphones so they are always in the know, no matter where the user is. The system can connect to a wide range of wireless sensors and accessories, ranging from door/window contacts, PIR motion sensors and security cameras to flood, gas and smoke detectors, making it the ideal security hub for homes, small shops, and small offices/home offices.
The W020 is ready to go as soon as it is plugged and connected to WiFi router. Simply plug in the power, download the free iOS or Android app, set up WiFi with Smart Link, add and pair wireless sensors or accessories, and the system is ready to go. System settings such as siren volume and time, exit and entry delays, sensor additions or deletions, and many more intuitive settings can all be done with a few swipes and taps on smartphone.
The IP6 is an all-new addition to the smanos wireless smart home portfolio that lets the user see and hear what’s going on in the property day or night, no matter where he is. The built-in HiFi microphone and speaker ensure high-quality two-way audio communication, and the industrial-grade Sony image sensor renders sharp video footage even in low-light conditions.
