Shriram Transport Finance Company is having 700+ branches across India with headquarter at Mumbai. The organizational structure comprises of HO, Regional Offices and Branch Offices. Matrix offered centralized web based Time-Attendance and Access Control solutions with Biometric Fingerprint based door controllers for all their locations.
Business Challenge
STFC is having more than 700+ offices across India. It includes head, regional and branch offices. Its Time-Attendance processes were managed separately at each location manually and as well as by using biometric devices of different brands. Managing attendance of multiple locations and making timely salary was a time consuming task and subjected to manipulation and errors.
STFC was looking for a centralized Time-Attendance solution for all branches using biometric credentials from their Mumbai based HQ. They also wanted to control any unauthorized user entry at some branches. For fast salary process, company wanted to integrate Time-Attendance software with their HRMS software.
